Mr. Reyes joined DCM in 2017 as the Director of Accounting. He is a member of the firm’s Operations and Compliance Committee and is responsible for fund operations and related accounting, audit and tax activities. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Reyes worked in the fund accounting departments at ALPS Alternative Investment Services (f/k/a Kaufman Rossin Fund Services) and Franklin Templeton Investments. Mr. Reyes received a BA, in Business Administration and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Padron joined DCM in 2017 as a Vice President in the Direct Investments department. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending private and public direct investment opportunities. Prior to DCM, Mr. Padron was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital where he made investments in distressed middle market companies. Previously, Mr. Padron was an associate at Trivest Partners, a middle market private equity firm. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Padron received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Ms. Morales participates in client portfolio monitoring, and the preparation of asset allocation models and performance analysis for client portfolios. As a member of both the firm’s investment and client relations team, Ms. Morales works to ensure client portfolios adhere to the investment departments’ asset allocation targets, and assists with client update meetings. Ms. Morales holds a B.B.A. in Finance & Economics from the University of Miami.
Mr. Belokopitsky joined DCM in 2016 as an Investment Analyst in the investment department, working closely with the Senior Investment Analyst’s and CIO on current and prospective manager due diligence, portfolio construction, and the assessment of portfolio performance. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Belokopitsky served as a Junior Financial Analyst for Olympus Insurance Company, a Florida domestic property and casualty insurer, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and involved with corporate finance, data modeling and firm research initiatives. Mr. Belokopitsky graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A in Finance.
Jonathan Fischer is a member of the investment team at Dimension Capital Management responsible for sourcing, evaluating and recommending investment opportunities to the CIO and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Dimension in 2016, he was a senior portfolio analyst with Forrestal Capital, a single family office based in Miami, since 2005. Jonathan was a member of the firm’s investment committee responsible for portfolio analysis, asset allocation and manager selection and due diligence. Prior to joining Forrestal Capital, Mr. Fischer worked as a member of an international wealth management team within the Global Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch, servicing high net worth families and mid-size institutional clients domestically and in Latin and Central America. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
Ms. Ritch joined DCM in 2013 and worked in the firm’s compliance department during her first 5 years at DCM. Amy is currently a member of the Client Service Team at DCM and given her background in Compliance, she serves the team and DCM clients by liaising between the Compliance and Operations Departments. She is also responsible for all Compliance, Documentation and Operations aspects as it relates to the day to day activities of DCM clients. Ms. Ritch is a member of the firm’s Operations and Compliance Committee as well as being lead on the firm’s On Boarding Committee. Ms. Ritch has a Masters in Criminology from Boston University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Woodruff joined DCM in 2016 as the Director of Compliance. He is a member of the firm’s Operations and Compliance Committee and is responsible for the overall compliance operations of the firm. Mr. Woodruff helps ensure the firms compliance with all SEC and International regulatory rules pertaining to the firm. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Woodruff was the Chief Compliance Officer at INCA Investments, a SEC-registered boutique Latin American investment firm. Mr. Woodruff has over 15 years’ experience in the audit and compliance areas working with Fortune 500 companies and Registered Investment Advisors. Mr. Woodruff holds a B.S., in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Williamson is the Fund Accounting Supervisor and is responsible for supervising fund operations and related accounting and audit activities. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Williamson worked in the accounting department at Itau Private Bank, and in fund accounting at the Bank of New York Mellon. Mr. Williamson received a B.S. in Management at Johnson and Wales University, and a MBA in Management Analysis at Florida Metropolitan University.
Mr. Dunham joined DCM in 2016. He is responsible for all systems development, implementation and reporting functions for the firm. He also has a supervisory role in fund operations and related accounting and audit activities. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Dunham worked in the fund accounting departments at Kaufman Rossin Fund Services and Franklin Templeton Investments. Mr. Dunham received a BBA, in Accounting from Western New Mexico University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Dunham is a licensed CPA in the State of Delaware
Mr. Burke joined DCM in 2015 as a Senior Investment Analyst in the investment department. Mr. Burke is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and recommending investment opportunities to the CIO and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Burke was a Managing Director at Taylor Investment Advisors, LP, a Greenwich, CT based alternative investment firm that provides investment advisory services to registered investment advisors and family offices. At Taylor, Mr. Burke served as head of manager research and was a member of the investment committee, assisting the firm in its asset allocation and investment management oversight. Prior to joining Taylor, Mr. Burke worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Mr. Burke graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English Literature, and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Chellappa is a Senior Investment Analyst at DCM. He is responsible for asset manager due diligence and on-going monitoring of investment manager performance. As a member of the firm’s investment team, he works closely with the CIO and Investment Committee to research and revise asset allocation frameworks. Prior to DCM, Mr. Chellappa sourced and evaluated new investment opportunities for ICICI Venture, a leading international private equity fund. Previously, Mr. Chellappa was an Investment Banking analyst at Macquarie Investment Bank, collaborating on M&A and equity capital market transactions across Asia. He began his career with RSM and Co. and AF Ferguson, which are now group companies of Price water house Coopers and Deloitte. Mr. Chellappa holds a double MBA from Columbia Business School and Indian School of Business. Additionally, he is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for accounting and audit related activities for DCM. He leads the production of financial reporting, monitors an adequate system of accounting records, and liaises with the firm’s external auditors to ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez holds responsibility over the firm’s human resources department. He has worked at DCM for over 17 years. Previously, Mr. Gonzalez worked for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in their Operations Department. Mr. Gonzalez received an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Maddock is a Director at DCM and is responsible for client portfolios. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Maddock was a Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer at Bessemer Trust Company in New York City. Prior to working at Bessemer Trust Company, Mr. Maddock worked as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies and Company in Institutional Equity Sales. Mr. Maddock began his career in Equity Sales at Lehman Brothers in New York City. Mr. Maddock holds a B.A. in Economics from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School Level 1.
Mr. Tovar is a Director at DCM and is responsible for client portfolios. He is also a non-voting member of the Investment Committee. In his role at DCM, Mr. Tovar works with the investment department in the research and analysis of new investments, and works closely with the team to formulate client portfolios. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Tovar was in the Investment Banking Department at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to working at RBC, Mr. Tovar was a Research Analyst for UBS PaineWebber in New York. He began his career in the Sales and Trading Department for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Tovar holds a B.B.A. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. Mr. Tovar has served or serves on the boards of directors of international not-for-profit organizations and multinational corporations.
Mr. Marques is the Chief Operating Officer of DCM. He presides over the firm’s Operations and Compliance Committee and is responsible for the operations of the firm. In his role, Mr. Marques leads in the structuring of DCM’s platform and oversees firm wide processes and policies. He is responsible for allocating firm resources and managing external providers to ensure an efficient and robust operating environment. Additionally, Mr. Marques coordinates with the finance team to ensure accuracy of all financial reporting for DCM and related investment vehicles. Mr. Marques has been with DCM for over 20 years and was most recently the firm’s CFO. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Marques worked with Citibank International, Laventhol and Horwath International. Mr. Marques holds a B.A. in Business Management from Florida International University.
Mr. Torres is a founding partner of DCM and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Torres has implemented a disciplined investment process of asset allocation, manager due diligence, risk management and investment monitoring. Mr. Torres has been actively involved in structuring and managing corporate acquisitions, corporate financial restructurings, and a broad array of financial sector consulting activities. Prior to DCM, Mr. Torres was a Vice President at Citibank. Mr. Torres holds a B.S. in Applied Science from the United States Military Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Dueñas joined DCM in 2005 as a Board Member, and was named President and Chief Investment Officer in 2009. Mr. Dueñas presides over the firm’s Investment Committee which is responsible for approving all investment and asset allocation decisions. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Dueñas founded GD Capital Partners, an asset management firm that advised on direct public and private investments and alternative investment funds. Earlier, he served on the investment team at Rhone Capital, a NYC-based private equity firm. At Rhone, Mr. Dueñas researched, recommended and implemented new private equity investments. Mr. Dueñas began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, advising on multibillion dollar cross-border transactions. Mr. Dueñas graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, with a B.S. in Finance and International Business. He received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he is an alumnus of their esteemed Value Investing Program. Mr. Dueñas holds seats on the investment committees, advisory boards, and boards of directors of various investment funds and multinational corporations.
