Nathan Woodruff
Director of Compliance
Mr. Woodruff joined Dimension Capital in 2016 as the Director of Compliance. He is a member of the firm’s Operations and Compliance Committee and is responsible for the overall compliance operations of the firm. Mr. Woodruff helps ensure the firms compliance with all SEC and International regulatory rules pertaining to the firm. Prior to joining Dimension Capital, Mr. Woodruff was the Chief Compliance Officer at INCA Investments, a SEC-registered boutique Latin American investment firm. Mr. Woodruff has over 15 years’ experience in the audit and compliance areas working with Fortune 500 companies and Registered Investment Advisors. Mr. Woodruff holds a B.S., in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
